TFWC President Elect Marjorie Williamson visited the McCamey Woman's Study Club in January

She used the collect to illustrate what Federation stands for. Here, she is shown holding her gift from club President Peggy Garner. While visiting in President Garner's home, she noticed an embroidered piece on the wall. Imagine everyone's surprise when she exclaimed,

"why, that was done by my old college professor Frances Merritt." It is of the alphabet and dated March 1913. President Garner was kind enough to slip it into a bag and present it as her gift during the meeting.
