The Woman's Club of Aransas Pass is shown receiving $8,000 from the
Valero Texas Open Benefit for Children.

The Woman's Club applied for the money in order to support the Summer for Youth Camp, AC Blunt Middle School 8th Grade Washington trip and $500 for the emergency necessity fund on each of the district's 5 campuses.  Below, pictured with Executive Dennis Payne and the distribution committee of Valero are club members Sally McCutchan, Irene Irey, Migdalia Roberts and Barbara Kain.  This $8,000 is just a portion of what this clubs sends to the above mentioned children as well as other agencies in Aransas Pass
